Yep, it’s January and it’s likely cold outside for carefree riding outdoors. In the meantime, if you have an indoor bike trainer, mount up and listen to your favorite tunes while you turn the pedals. If you have access to a gym, head on over and use their equipment. Need I say if you are a dedicated rider with the appropriate kit for riding outdoors in the cold, head on out and get some miles in.
It can be cold, wet, muddy, or all three. Yikes. Please be careful while you are riding, especially this time of year.
